Kitchen Manager (3–7 years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations and food production standards
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and performance
- Coordinate with procurement for inventory and supplies
- Ensure cost control and minimal food wastage
Assistant Restaurant Manager (5–8 years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle staff training, shift planning, and performance reviews
- Monitor sales targets, cost control, and store hygiene
Shift Manager (1–3 years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality service and food
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure positive experiences
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and safety procedures
- Report and escalate operational issues to management
Kitchen Manager|Assistant Restaurant Manager|Shift Manager
Preferred Industries: Retail, HORECA, QSR
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any field / BHM / B.Sc in HM / Diploma in HM, HMCT, or Culinary Arts
