Position: Operations Executive
Location: Peth (Manchar)
Experience: 2 to 4 years in the fruits and vegetables sector
Job Profile:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fruits and vegetables pack house.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of produce.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product freshness and quality.
- Supervise packing processes to meet company standards and cus tomer requirements.
- Train and motivate pack house staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize operations.
