Position: Regional Chef
Location: New Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food preparation.
- Develop and refine recipes in line with company standards and customer preferences.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistent culinary excellence.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food preparation and kitchen activities.
- Collaborate with management to create innovative menus and special dishes.
- Monitor and control food costs to meet budgetary requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food Processing or the HoReCa industry.
- A passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
