We are currently looking for a Production Executive to join our dynamic production team at our facility in Turbhe. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company and contribute to ensuring the smooth production process of our high-quality whole spices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Plan and manage production activities, ensuring timely manufacture and smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality checks, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and addressing any process deviations.
- Equipment & Machinery: Supervise the maintenance of production machinery and ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.
- Inventory & Raw Material Management: Monitor raw material stocks and work with the warehouse team for efficient storage.
- Team Coordination: Lead and guide production staff, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to safety practices.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO) and ensure a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on production output, quality, and any issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields. Certification in food safety (HACCP, ISO) is a plus.
- Experience: 2-3 years in production management, preferably within the food processing or spice manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, production scheduling, and inventory management. Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
