1. Factory Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth production.
- Manage production schedules and ensure timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and supervise factory staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Production & QC Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor product quality standards.
- Ensure all production processes comply with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines.
- Supervise and train production staff on quality control procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Jr. Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
- Support audits and other financial tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
4. HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies to ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and growth within the organization.
