Fresh N Honest Foods is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Production Supervisor – Feed Manufacturing Unit to support daily production operations and ensure high-quality output. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the food industry.
Qualification:
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Food Science / Food Technology
Experience:
Fresher (Training will be provided)
Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily feed production to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality output.
• Supervise production staff, plan schedules, and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Monitor raw material inventory and ensure proper procurement, storage, and minimal wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement and nutrition teams for material availability and accurate feed formulation.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records.
• Troubleshoot operational or quality-related issues to maintain product integrity.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of finished products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage production costs effectively.
