We’re looking for a Junior Production Officer to support and optimize our production line operations in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Support equipment setup, sanitation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate across departments for efficient operations.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory checks.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduates in Food Technology / Biotechnology
- 1–2 years of experience in production and quality functions
- Team players with strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement
