About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Product Developer – Seasonings (Innovation), the Junior Executive – Innovations will support various project activities within the Food Service Innovation department. This role is perfect for culinary enthusiasts with 2-3 years of experience looking to refine their skills and contribute to exciting food innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with culinary trends, flavor profiles, and ingredient innovations.
Assist in Development: Work closely with senior developers on creating new food and beverage products.
Product Knowledge: Must be familiar with both savory and sweet sauces.
Enhance Existing Products: Contribute to refining flavor profiles and improving product quality and appeal.
Project Coordination: Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of new products.
Prototype Support: Assist in developing prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
Customer Samples: Prepare samples for presentations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in new product development.
Knowledge:
Basic culinary techniques and flavor profiles.
Understanding of ingredient functionality and food safety standards.
Skills:
Strong culinary creativity and willingness to innovate.
Effective project and time management.
