We’re looking for a Junior NPD & R&D Executive to join our innovation team and help develop exciting new coffee products from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end new product development and innovation
- Coffee formulation, lab trials, and pilot plant testing
- Sensory evaluation, consumer testing, and product optimization
- Scale-up support from lab to commercial production
- Vendor, ingredient, and supplier coordination
- Cross-functional collaboration with Production, QA, Marketing & Supply Chain
- Documentation, compliance, and regulatory adherence
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemistry or related field
- 2–3 years of FMCG food or beverage product development experience
- Prior experience in QA/QC preferred
- Coffee or beverage R&D experience is a strong plus
