Hiring: Junior Food Technologist / R&D Associate | Gurugram
W Wellversed is looking for a passionate and innovative Research & Development Associate (1–4 years experience) to join its growing team in Gurugram, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities: • Product formulation and new product development across powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, and granules. • Research on nutraceutical ingredients, APIs, bioactives, and delivery systems. • Scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing support from lab to commercial production. • Documentation, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with QA/QC, Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Compliance teams.
Requirements: • 1–4 years of full-time experience in Food Processing, R&D, or New Product Development (NPD). • Degree in Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or Pharmacology. • Strong understanding of research methodologies. • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn.
