Role: Junior Flavorist
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years
What you’ll do: • Support flavour formulation across beverages, bakery, dairy, confectionery & more
• Work alongside senior flavourists on live projects and trials
• Conduct sensory evaluations and flavour profiling
• Assist in application trials, sample prep, and scale-up processes
• Maintain lab records and ensure quality & regulatory compliance

What we’re looking for: • Background in Food Technology / Chemistry / Flavour Science
• Basic knowledge of flavour chemistry & sensory techniques
• Hands-on lab experience (FMCG / ingredients / R&D)
