The Junior Executive/Executive – Production will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production operations. This includes overseeing daily activities, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvements to support company goals.

Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
Oversee the operation of packaging machinery and equipment.
Identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Manage a team of laborers to ensure productivity and safety.
