Job Description:
Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. is looking for an experiencedSenior Microbiologist at Greater Noida Location with astrong background in the microbiological analysis offood products. The ideal candidate will have extensiveknowledge of safety and hygiene indicators and bewell-versed in microbiological standards as per FSSAI.Key Responsibilities:Microbiological Analysis:
Ensure safety and hygiene indicators in food products.Knowledge of microbiological standards as per FSSAI.Method verification in microbiology as per ISO 16140.Measurement uncertainty as per ISO 19036.
o ISO 17025 standards and accreditation processesILC /PT Participation and other QA activities
Quality and Compliance:
Audit planning and execution as per ISO 17025.Conduct shelf life studies of food products
Environment monitoring to ensure compliance with
standards.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using computers and MS Excel for datamanagement and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in microbiological foodanalysis, with a focus on safety, hygiene, and
compliance with relevant standards.
Skills: Strong knowledge of microbiological standards,method verification, and audit processes.Joining: ASAPApplication Process:
