FreshToHome is looking for a Jr. Production Supervisor to manage and supervise production operations for fresh chilled fish, meat, and poultry.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Supervision
- Plan and execute shift-wise production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Supervise end-to-end shop-floor production activities and ensure smooth workflow with minimal downtime.
- Work closely with the production team during processing operations.
Product & Process Control
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved recipes and process parameters.
- Monitor product quality, consistency, taste, and process adherence.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise a team of 20–30 production staff per shift.
- Ensure speed, efficiency, discipline, and adherence to defined work standards.
- Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and corrective instructions.
Packing & Freezing Operations
- Ensure packing activities follow approved SOPs for packaging, labeling, and handling.
- Coordinate timely movement of finished products to chillers/freezers.
- Monitor storage conditions and product traceability.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and internal quality protocols.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, wastage data, and manpower utilization reports.
- Escalate production deviations, equipment issues, and quality concerns to the Production Manager/Plant Head.
