Job Description:

Microbiological Analysis:

Conduct analysis of hygiene and safety indicators in food products as per FSSR.

Perform shelf life studies of food products.

Engage in environment monitoring to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Quality and Compliance:

Ensure awareness and implementation of ISO 17025 standards and proper documentation.

Participate in Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) / Proficiency Testing (PT) and other Quality Assurance (QA) activities.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in computers and MS Excel for data management and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in microbiological food analysis, with a focus on safety, hygiene, and compliance with relevant standards.

Remuneration:

Salary: ₹25,000 in-hand plus other benefits as per organization norms.
