Position: Jr. Executive – R&D
Eligibility: Minimum 1+ year of experience in the food manufacturing industry
M.Sc. in Food Technology (Preferred)
Male candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Support new product development and existing product improvement
Conduct trials and experiments in the R&D lab
Analyze and document results accurately
Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
Collaborate with Production, QA, and other departments
