Operational Model:

Key Responsibilities:
This role, based in Anekal, oversees plant quality across global markets. Responsibilities include managing a team of 15-20, handling quality control functions from raw materials to finished products, implementing quality management systems, addressing consumer complaints, and ensuring corrective actions. Certification in FSSAI and knowledge of FSSC/FSSC-VBR standards are essential.
Experience:
- Operations experience in FMCG/food production/processing
- Managing multiple plants
- Proficiency in a regional language
