Position: Production Manager (Paneer)
Location: Sehore, MP
Experience Required: 5+ years

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of paneer production, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
- Manage and train production staff to maintain product standards and improve processes.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, including procurement and sales, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.
- Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks promptly.
