Available Positions:
- Shift Incharge
- IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
- Quality Control Manager
- Cheese Production (Cheddar & Mozzarella)
Responsibilities:
Shift Incharge:
- Oversee daily operations and manage production shifts.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests.
- Document and report any deviations from quality protocols.
Quality Control Manager:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
- Lead a team of quality control technicians.
- Analyze data and compile reports to track quality trends.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.
Cheese Production:
- Supervise the production of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
- Ensure optimal cheese production processes and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Experience Requirements:
- Shift Incharge: Minimum 1 year
- IPQC: 1 year or more
- Quality Control Manager: 7 years or more
- Cheese Production: 5 years or more
