Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze data and feedback to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Executive Assistant to CEO/MD
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO/MD.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manager/Sr. Manager: Commercial/Accounts
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial operations and financial activities.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
- Manage accounting processes, including payroll and invoicing.
- Trainee/Executive: QC (Water Testing Lab)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests on w ater samples.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Trainee/Executive: QC (Drug & Pharma)
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control testing on pharmaceutical products.
- Follow standard operating procedures for testing and analysis.
- Assist in the development and validation of testing methods.
Job Location: Panchkula
