JK Masale is looking for experienced IPQA Executives to join our Quality Assurance team across multiple manufacturing plants.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Processing, or an equivalent discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in IPQA / Quality Assurance
- Candidates from the Spices, Food Processing, or FMCG industry will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-process quality inspections during cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending, sieving, and packaging operations
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI standards
Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and report quality deviations
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and IPQA documentation
Coordinate with Production and QA teams across multiple manufacturing plants
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in processing areas
Verify packaging, labelling, batch coding, and seal integrity
Prepare inspection reports and support internal quality audits
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP & FSSAI regulations
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working in manufacturing environments
- Ability to work independently and travel across plants
