We Are Hiring: Inventory and Distribution Supervisor
Position: Inventory and Distribution Supervisor
Educational Qualification: Any Degree
Professional Certificate: Inventory/Warehouse Management/Supply Chain
Experience: 2 years of experience (Frozen food industry)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
- Coordinate and supervise the distribution of frozen food products to various locations.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Handle and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or distribution delays.
Skills:
- Inventory management
- Good understanding of distribution and warehousing
- Familiarity with WMS software
