Job Description:

Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitors.
Benchmark competition products to identify areas for improvement.

Support in business development by identifying regional and new e-commerce portals.
Analyze data to determine product availability on various channels.
Maintain accurate records of market findings and project progress.
Assist in product sampling and evaluation processes.
Generate daily reports using Excel to track project metrics and activities.
Adaptability to perform various departmental tasks, including occasional market visits.

Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.
