Job Description:
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitors.
- Benchmark competition products to identify areas for improvement.
- Support in business development by identifying regional and new e-commerce portals.
- Analyze data to determine product availability on various channels.
- Maintain accurate records of market findings and project progress.
- Assist in product sampling and evaluation processes.
- Generate daily reports using Excel to track project metrics and activities.
- Adaptability to perform various departmental tasks, including occasional market visits.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.
