Role & Responsibilities:
• Achieve predefined international sales targets
• Identify and develop new export markets and business accounts
• Plan and execute country-specific sales campaigns
• Lead and manage the export sales team
• Handle international pricing, negotiations & profit margins
• Coordinate export documentation, licenses & contracts
• Maintain accurate sales, pricing & activity records
• Monitor market trends in target countries
• Meet overseas clients and close international deals
• Troubleshoot export-related challenges
Qualifications:
• MBA / Diploma
• Preferred background: Rice industry / Food production
Preferred Skills:
