Position: QHSE Executive (Food Safety)
Location: Chennai (Oragadam) & Coimbatore

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 62%
- At least 3 months of experience in industrial catering

Job Description:
- Practical knowledge of FSMS, GHP, GMP, etc.
- Familiarity with ISO 22000 & HACCP
- Understanding of FSSAI and Industrial Act requirements
- Conducting and documenting internal and external food safety audits, with corrective actions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining and updating records as per system requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality assurance programs
- Provide training to staff on food safety practices and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate food safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Investigate and resolve any food safety issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall quality and safety of food products
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to food safety
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food safety processes
Skills Required:
- Science graduate (biotechnology, food science, food technology, microbiology, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Male candidates with a background in the catering industry, willing to join immediately
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory
- Additional languages are advantageous
