In this role, you will lead beverage projects, converting innovation, consumer insights, and market trends into tailored solutions for customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical support and apply your expertise in ingredients like hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, enzymes, and proteins to beverage formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead beverage projects, including developing new solutions and modifying existing products.
Provide timely, professional technical support to internal and external customers.
Run laboratory trials on beverage formulations.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to business strategies and global innovation.
Guide and mentor junior team members.
Attend relevant meetings and exhibitions, and contribute to IFF’s growth.
What We Need:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
10-12 years of experience in beverage product development.
Strong knowledge of proteins, hydrocolloids, and beverage applications.
Expertise in project management, formulation, and troubleshooting.
