Position: Assistant Manager QC
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Dairy or related field
Experience: - 4-5 years of experience in Quality Control
Responsibilities: - Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory st andards and company policies
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to enhance product quality and consistency
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and facilities to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of QC technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend preventive measures
- Participate in new product development and process improvement initiatives
