At De Roma Ice Cream (White River Ice Cream Pvt. Ltd.), we’re expanding our retail presence and are looking for an experienced Ice Cream Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations.
Location: Pune
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Ice Cream / QSR / Café / Food Retail)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete store operations (opening, closing & peak hours)
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality & customer experience
- Lead, train & manage store staff
- Handle inventory, cash & daily sales reporting
- Drive sales, upselling & repeat customer engagement
Who Should Apply:
Proven experience in food retail or QSR management
Strong leadership & people-handling skills
Customer-focused & operationally disciplined
Comfortable working weekends & peak seasons
