Jackwin Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Hygiene Officer to join our Quality team and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety across our plant.
Position Details
• Role: Hygiene Officer
• Experience: 2–4 Years
• Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry or any Science stream)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and implement hygiene & sanitation practices on the shop floor
Ensure proper waste handling and disposal
Train hygiene staff and manage contractual workforce
Maintain inventory of hygiene chemicals & consumables and raise PRs
Maintain hygiene records, logs, and documentation
Implement good hygiene and sanitation practices across the plant
Prevent cross-contamination between raw, semi-processed, and finished products
Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety protocols, and plant hygiene standards

Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong inter & intra-departmental communication
• Good observation skills related to food quality & safety
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, hygiene equipment, and sanitation standards
• Ability to take decisions during non-conformances
• Understanding of waste handling & disposal procedures
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to follow and implement guidance from senior team members
