Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive HRBP who will drive people strategy, employee engagement, and performance management on the ground, in close partnership with business leaders. The role requires strong field orientation and hands-on collaboration with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- HRBP support for Sales teams (DSM / RFO / SO / ASM)
- Hiring, onboarding & manpower planning
- Employee relations & grievance handling
- Performance management, PIP & engagement initiatives
- Attrition control & policy compliance
- Scorecard management & MIS reporting
HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Sales
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 4–5 years of Sales HR experience (FMCG preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management & field orientation
- Data-driven mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel & HR analytics expertise
