The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and evaluate entire production process

Contribute to production planning and budgeting

Lead and monitor quality assurance to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain hygiene and food safety

Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Reponsible for Personal Hygiene & Cleanliness in production area

Ability to work independently

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food tech or equivalent experience

3+ years of production experience

Strong Leadership, organizational and managerial skills

Preference – Male Candidate only, residing close to Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
