Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics to drive strategic insights and recommendations that contribute to business growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement innovative research methodologies to uncover consumer insights and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align insights with business objectives and drive actionable outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- MBA with a robust 7-8 years of experience in the Insights and Analytics domain, preferably within the FMCG sector or in an agency serving FMCG clients.
- Proficiency in leveraging data to uncover business insights, identify white spaces, and capitalize on opportunities.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude are essential qualities we’re seeking.
