Hershey India is looking for a dedicated and skilled Executive – Quality Assurance (QRC) to join our team and ensure world-class food safety and quality across our manufacturing operations.
Role Overview
As an Executive – QRC, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing process quality assurance during shifts
- Managing and guiding staff and workers
- Monitoring in-process quality controls
- Conducting product analysis and ensuring alignment with Hershey’s global standards
Key Responsibilities
Top Core Responsibilities:
- Lead shift-level QA across the plant, including Aseptic Packaging and Cocoa/Non-Cocoa Syrup Manufacturing, ensuring compliance with Hershey’s global food safety standards.
- Continuously monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and support root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct internal food safety audits, ensuring quick resolution of hygiene and safety issues.
- Actively participate in HACCP team initiatives to maintain full compliance across all stages.
- Support the maintenance of certifications such as GFSI, Hershey’s Global Standards, and HALAL.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements in food safety and packaging.
- Investigate consumer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to adopt best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong product testing and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Lead Auditor certification in Quality & Food Safety (preferred)
- Experience handling consumer complaint management
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ISO management systems in an FMCG environment

Experience & Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Science, or related fields
- 4–5 years of experience in Food/Beverage/Aseptic Packaging, primarily in Quality & Food Safety
