Head – Sauce Manufacturing
Location: Isambe, MIDC Patalganga, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Prior experience in the sauce manufacturing industry is mandatory
Lead the end-to-end operations of our high-capacity sauce manufacturing plant — from raw material procurement to final product delivery — ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Factory Operations:
Manage daily plant operations
Oversee production schedules & equipment efficiency
Track KPIs – yield, cost, waste reduction
2. Sauce Manufacturing Expertise:
Ensure adherence to recipes & protocols
Supervise advanced equipment – mixers, tanks, pasteurizers, SCADA systems
Maintain flavor, consistency & food safety standards
3. Team Leadership:
Lead and train plant staff
Foster a culture of collaboration & continuous improvement
4. Safety & Compliance:
Ensure GMP, HACCP, ISO standards
Lead audits and machinery maintenance
5. Inventory & Supply Chain:
Manage raw material procurement & storage
Collaborate with supply chain on production flow
6. Innovation & Improvement:
Introduce new processes, variants, packaging
Stay updated on manufacturing tech
7. Budget & Cost Efficiency:
Develop annual budget
Implement cost-saving initiatives
