Role: Head – Quality
Reporting To: India CEO

As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Quality Leader to drive end-to-end quality and food safety across our manufacturing operations.
Key Highlights: • Lead Quality & Food Safety strategy across India operations
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, GMP & GHP standards
• Drive supplier quality, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
• Build and lead high-performing quality teams across plants
Ideal Candidate: 15–20 years of experience in Quality within Food Manufacturing/FMCG
Strong expertise in food safety regulations and quality systems
Background in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / Dairy Technology / Chemical Engineering
HACCP / ISO 22000 / FSSC certifications preferred
