About the Role
is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead QA initiatives across feedstock sourcing, Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) production, and Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) manufacturing operations.
This leadership role is critical in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and process consistency across multiple plant locations. The selected candidate will define quality standards, establish robust SOPs, oversee audits, and manage laboratory operations to meet both internal benchmarks and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy for feedstock, CBG, and FOM units
- Oversee sampling protocols, testing procedures, and quality documentation
- Lead internal, supplier, and statutory audits, including corrective and preventive action planning
- Ensure compliance with BIS, PESO, CPCB, and other applicable regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process optimization
- Manage laboratory systems and quality data integrity
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering
- 12+ years of QA/QC experience in bioenergy, food processing, or chemical manufacturing sectors
- Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and documentation expertise
