Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Quality to lead and manage all quality functions at our food processing plant. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with global standards, maintaining product excellence, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions across the plant
• Ensure compliance with standards like FSSC 22000, Halal, EIC, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor teams across Online QC, Testing Lab, and Quality Operations
• Drive quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle internal and external audits with expertise
• Manage customer feedback and complaints with timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high product and process standards
• Develop and implement SOPs and quality policies
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements
Key Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in food processing quality roles
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, Halal, EIC, and food safety standards
• Experience managing large teams and plant-level operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
