We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead our Cookies & Chocolate New Product Development (NPD) Division. This role will focus on innovation, scaling new recipes, and driving efficient large-scale production.
What You’ll Do Lead NPD initiatives for cookies & chocolate products
Scale recipes from trial batches to commercial production
Manage daily production planning and quality control
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards
Optimize cost, reduce wastage, and improve production efficiency
Lead and ment or production teams
Who Should Apply • 7–10 years of experience in bakery or chocolate manufacturing
• Expertise in chocolate tempering and baking processes
• Strong leadership in managing production teams
• Degree in Food Technology / Bakery & Confectionery preferred
