Based in New Delhi, we specialize in high-quality dietary products and support local agriculture. We’re seeking a Cafe Manager to join our dynamic team and lead daily operations at our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring high standards in food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and train a team, fostering teamwork, efficiency, and positive service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability of products.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently use POS systems for sales transactions and performance tracking.
- Manage budgets and optimize profitability.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing on quality ingredients.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service and food quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in food safety standards and POS systems.
- Strong inventory management skills and understanding of scheduling software.
- Exceptional customer service and team leadership abilities.
- Culinary experience to enhance the cafe’s menu and ensure food quality.
