Based in New Delhi, we specialize in high-quality dietary products and support local agriculture. We’re seeking a Cafe Manager to join our dynamic team and lead daily operations at our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring high standards in food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and train a team, fostering teamwork, efficiency, and positive service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability of products.
  • Handle customer feedback and concerns promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently use POS systems for sales transactions and performance tracking.
  • Manage budgets and optimize profitability.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing on quality ingredients.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service and food quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in food safety standards and POS systems.
  • Strong inventory management skills and understanding of scheduling software.
  • Exceptional customer service and team leadership abilities.
  • Culinary experience to enhance the cafe’s menu and ensure food quality.
  • Financial management skills and supplier negotiation expertise.
  • Ability to manage SOPs and ensure consistent operations.
