- Ensure quality standards are met during production.
- Perform online inspection and testing.
- Address quality issues in real time.
- Senior Executive – Quality
- Oversee quality control processes across production lines.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Train and supervise quality assurance teams.
- Production Officer (Bakery, Frozen, Sweets)
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure timely production and adherence to recipes.
- Manage production schedules and inventory control.
- Production Executive (Bakery, Frozen, Sweets)
- Support the production team in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor product quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Packing Supervisor
- Supervise the packing team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of products.
- Maintain inventory records and manage packaging materials.
- Packing Operator
- Operate packing machines and ensure proper packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area.
- Perform quality checks on packed products.
- Rademaker Line Control & Monitoring
- Oversee operation and monitoring of the Rademaker production line.
- Ensure smooth production flow and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain equipment and ensure optimal performance.
- Baking – Oven Operator
- Operate and monitor baking ovens.
- Ensure consistent quality and accurate baking times.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot oven issues.
- Storage & Dispatch – Operator
- Manage storage and dispatch of finished products.
- Ensure products are properly stored and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with transport teams and manage logistics.
- Primary Flow Wrap Packing – Operator
- Operate flow wrap packing machines.
- Ensure that products are packed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and perform basic maintenance.
- Secondary Packing – Frozen Carton – Operator
- Oversee the secondary packing process for frozen products.
- Ensure frozen goods are correctly packed and sealed.
- Handle and store frozen products according to safety standards.
- IQF – Operator
- Operate IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) equipment.
- Monitor freezing operations and ensure product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the freezing area.
- Microbiologist
- Conduct microbiological tests and analyses on food products.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Report findings and recommend improvements based on results.
