- Lab Chemist – 8 Positions (Experience: 2-5 Years)
- Hygiene Supervisor (with Knowledge of ISO and BRC) – 2 Positions (Experience: 4-5 Years)
- Microbiologist – 2 Positions (Experience: 1-2 Years)
Responsibilities:
- Lab Chemist:
- Perform chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated.
- Prepare reports and maintain detailed records of tests and analyses.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Hygiene Supervisor:
- Oversee hygiene and sanitation practices in the production and lab areas.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular audits of hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
- Train staff on proper hygiene and safety practices.
- Monitor and control the use of cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Microbiologist:
- Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Monitor microbial contamination levels in production areas.
- Perform environmental monitoring and ensure compliance with microbiological standards.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of microbiological test results.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any microbiological issues.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC, BRC, and ISO 14001 is mandatory.
