What You’ll Do
As a Growth Intern at noon Food, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the Growth Manager to develop onsite and CRM strategies.
Ensuring alignment between the onsite and CRM calendar with the campaign calendar.
Supporting campaign builds, testing, and execution using CRM tools, including data workflows and segmentation.
Coordinating with design, content, and marketing teams to execute impactful communications.
Conducting analyses to assess campaign performance and creating regular reports.
Ensuring a seamless and error-free customer experience on the platform.
What You’ll Need
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate creative ideas independently.
Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A history of teamwork and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
