- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in the relevant field
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Monitor production processes and resolve issues to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and goals.
- Production Supervisor – 4 Positions
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
- Experience: Fresher / Minimum 1 year in the relevant field
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise production operations and manage the production team.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of products.
- Maintain production records and reports.

- Experience: Fresher / Minimum 1 year in the relevant field
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the packing department to ensure products are packed according to standards.
- Ensure packaging materials are in good condition and available in adequate quantities.
- Monitor packing line efficiency and productivity.
- Train and guide packing staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Assistant Production Manager – 1 Position
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in the relevant field
- Responsibilities:
- Manage overall production operations to ensure high-quality and timely output.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any production bottlenecks.
- Evaluate and improve the production process for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- HR Manager – 1 Position
- Qualification: MBA / M.Com / MSW
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in the relevant field
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
