Job Opportunity: QA/QC Assistant Manager/Deputy
Location: Aravalli, Modasa (Near Himmatnagar, Gujarat)

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience of more than 8 years in FMCG or Raw Potato category processing units
- Proficient in establishing and complying with HACCP, BRC, ISO, SEDEX, FSSAl norms, and analytical practices
- Minimum qualification: B-Tech in Food, MSc, or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quality control processes throughout all stages of production
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and monitor quality metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives
