Are you an experienced professional in the cashew processing industry with a passion for quality, efficiency, and leadership? We’re looking for a Grading Section Manager to lead our grading and packing unit.
Grading Section Manager – Cashew Processing Plant
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage labor teams in grading and packing sections
Ensure consistent quality checks and compliance with food safety standards
Oversee packing operations and drive output efficiency
Operate and troubleshoot Venus Color Sorter and other key machinery
Handle daily supervision, address on-ground issues, and drive continuous improvement
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in the cashew industry is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Technical know-how of grading machines and modern practices
Commitment to quality and process excellence
