- Leadership: Lead and manage modern trade teams, including sales, marketing, and customer development.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade customers (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets).
- Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage trade agreements, promotions, and listings.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing) to ensure aligned strategies.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability in modern trade channels.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in sales, marketing, or customer development in modern trade.
- Skills:

- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
