Your Role:
As an NPD Executive at GO DESi, you’ll be at the heart of product innovation. If you’re passionate about connecting people to their roots and creating exciting new products inspired by regional flavors and traditions, this role is for you. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop, strategize, and bring new products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your knowledge of food markets, consumers, and trends to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with teams to explore, ideate, and develop new products.
Manage product development projects and ensure progress is on track.
Partner with suppliers to meet product development goals.
Champion communication and collaboration across teams for innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
A Master’s degree in Food Technology.
1-2 years of experience in Research & Product Development (food-related).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and excellent report-making skills.
Creative with a technical orientation to bring safe, high-quality products to market.
Initiative-driven, with excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently or in teams.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment.
