Location: Roorkee (Puhana Chowk, Kishanpur, Bhagwanpur, Haridwar – 247661)
GM / Manager – Production|Panchwati Foods
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations.
- Develop and implement production plans to achieve production targets efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and regulatory compliance (FSSAI, HACCP).
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead and manage the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor raw material utilization and minimize production wastage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Salary Package: ₹12–16 LPA (Negotiable)
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice candidates preferred.
