Role Overview: As an FSQ Executive, you’ll lead and support a dedicated FSQ technician team across shifts (A, B, & C), ensuring food safety and quality at our manufacturing plant in Nashik. You’ll drive initiatives to improve product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FSQ teams to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Manage product and process improvements to enhance quality and productivity
- Ensure proper control over non-conforming products, minimizing losses, and managing risks
- Lead quality assessments, root cause analysis, and cont inuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training on food safety, quality measurement systems, and regulatory requirements
- Execute programs ensuring product safety, GMP, and HACCP standards are met
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in food safety, quality control, or related roles
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and after-hours support
